My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms felt like I was in a basement, with old and outdated furniture, an uncomfortable bed, and an unpleasant bathroom. On the bright side, the staff was constantly attentive, outgoing, and well-trained. The location was beautiful, but more day events would have been appreciated for tired parents like me. The dining options were varied, perhaps too varied, leading to overeating. The facilities offered were good overall.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location, right on the East Beach and close to the reception on the Venetian Terrace, was great. The rooms were comfortable, but the internet connection was a bit spotty, leading us to work in the lobby or by the pool. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining options were good overall, although the lunch and dinner buffets fell slightly short of expectations.
